As a member of the AG IT Sr. leadership team, the Director/Sr. Director of Technology Implementations & Delivery, is responsible for leading a direct team (PMs and specialists) and/or cross-functional IT team of experts in delivering technology-enabled solutions. Acting as the IT Delivery Owner, oversee & coordinate end-to-end Technology Solutions design, architecture, delivery, & implementation services (from strategy and architecture to solution deployment and hand-off to steady-state support) - inclusive of process management and improvement for assigned projects & initiatives. This role’s leadership capability will play a pivotal part in shaping all aspects of Technology Implementations for programs/projects either owned by IT and/or involving IT resources.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leadership: Lead and mentor a direct and/or cross-functional team of technical solution experts, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation. Provide guidance and direction to ensure the successful delivery of technology solutions that meet client requirements and drive business outcomes. This includes overseeing portfolio of IT projects & programs. Work as the IT Delivery Owner for assigned IT owned projects/programs and/or involving IT resources.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to define the strategic direction of Technology Implementation & delivery services. Develop and execute plans to expand service offerings, enhance capabilities, and drive continuous improvement in solution delivery processes.
• Solutions Delivery: Working with direct team plus any cross-functional teams, oversee the full lifecycle of Technology Implementations owned by or involving IT, including vendor package and partner selection, program design/project delivery, requirements definition, solution architecture, and enterprise application implementation.
• Team Management: Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier talent within the Technology Implementation team. Foster a culture of professional growth and skill development while ensuring teams are equipped to deliver high-quality services.
• Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to Technology Implementations & Solutions Delivery. Apply this knowledge to enhance service offerings, improve program/project delivery model while providing thought leadership to clients and internal teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT (Project delivery, Implementations, Architecture, Engineering, Leadership).
• Solid understanding of Infrastructure, Security, Enterprise Applications, Systems Integrations, IT Support, Data, and Architecture principles and best practices.
• Progressive experience in Technology Solutions delivery, with a focus on vendor package selection, program delivery, and enterprise application implementation.
• Skilled in program/project delivery methodologies and best practices
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to align technology solutions with business objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Proven experience in managing complex, large-scale technology projects with a track record of successful delivery.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
