JOB SUMMARY
The Compensation Analyst supports Advanced Group’s compensation strategy across all global regions (North America, Europe, APAC and Japan). Reporting to the Director, Global Total Rewards, this role is responsible for supporting business objectives including attracting, retaining, and motivating a diverse workforce through compensation strategy and practices.
The Compensation Analyst will participate in compensation surveys, develop compensation bands, support updates within our HRIS systems, and assist with the coordination and implementation of annual compensation activities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Submit salary survey data and conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to ensure our compensation practices remain competitive and aligned with industry trends across North America, Europe, and APAC.
- Research compensation structures, pay ranges, and incentive programs to ensure Advanced Group’s compensation strategy drives performance, recognizes top talent, and promotes equity.
- Complete salary benchmarking and compensation analyses for new roles to ensure market competitiveness and internal pay equity.
- Partner with People & Culture Partners, HRIS, and Payroll teams to support the annual compensation review cycle in UKG Pro (annual merit, market, promotion and bonus cycles).
- Provide materials to support employee and manager training on compensation philosophy and practices.
- Ensure that compensation programs comply with regional regulations, labor laws, and internal policies across multiple jurisdictions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 3-5 years of experience in Compensation, Human Resources, Finance, or data analytics
- Knowledge of compensation fundamentals and terminology
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite including above-average Excel skills (Pivot Tables, lookup functions, financial modeling, scenario analysis, etc.)
- Experience with UKG Pro preferred
- Experience supporting a global organization preferred
