Responsibilities: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior C# Application Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining C# / Dot Net Core applications within our Microsoft Azure environments. You will work closely with business analysts, software architects and business stakeholders to implement and enhance custom business applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C#, Dot Net Core and MS SQL Server, along with a passion for solving complex problems. Experience in pharma and clinical trials is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, or equivalent experience

  • 5 or more years of experience in:
    • C# and Dot Net Core
    • T-SQL syntax, including Views and Stored Procedures
    • Razor Page Web Applications
    • JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and jQuery
  • Strong proficiency and hands-on experience in:
    • Azure SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and other database technologies
    • Common data formats such as XML, JSON and CSV
    • Azure Resources, CLI and Portal
  • Experience in database design and query optimization
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Git version control tools
  • An in-depth understanding of:
    • Data structures, algorithms, code organization, runtime complexity, APIs, and testing methodologies
    • Application-level design patterns, the costs and benefits of each, and the ability to choose the correct approach to efficiently implement your tasks
  • The ability to break down, plan and complete story-level programming tasks of up to 80 hours of estimated effort, tested and error-free, with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to change direction, iterate, and adapt
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with the following is a definite plus:
    • The Medical and CRO industries
    • HIPPA, GDPR, FDA Regulations and Data Privacy laws
    • Formal Validation testing, documentation and requirements
