Advanced Community Works encourages our employees to take a day’s paid time away from work to volunteer and earn a monetary match for the charity of their choice.
As an organization, Advanced Group cares deeply about providing services for underprivileged youth and adults, supporting more positive futures and communities. Advanced Community Works sponsors volunteer opportunities with Cristo Rey, The Cara Program, Year Up, Horizons for Youth and Rainbow Days. Advanced Group is the proud recipient of the 2017 Optimas Gold Award in Corporate Citizenship. The awards program, by Workforce magazine, recognizes companies achieving successful measurable business outcomes through visionary and impactful human resources initiatives.

We celebrate each individual and recognizing our unique religious or cultural celebrations. Each employee receives an additional holiday each year to enjoy time away celebrating something personally meaningful, and our veterans and active duty service members enjoy an extra day off during the month of November as a small recognition for their service.
