JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Enterprise Architect, the Sr. Manager, Enterprise Applications is a hands on, delivery driven leader responsible for the operational ownership, optimization, and continuous improvement of the enterprise application ecosystem—with particular emphasis on the HR Technology stack. This role is accountable for application lifecycle management, integration operations, support governance, and the day to day performance of the HR tech stack and broader enterprise systems.
The Sr. Manager partners closely with the Technical Delivery Manager, business stakeholders, and vendors to translate strategic architecture into executable roadmaps, operational excellence, and measurable results.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead operational management of the full enterprise application portfolio, including platforms such as Bullhorn, eRecruit, NetSuite, Planisware, and Ramp.
  • Provide hands on leadership and support for HR, Finance, Operations, and Delivery functions.
  • Serve as the primary owner of the HR technology stack, including HRIS, payroll, benefits, talent, and workforce management platforms, ensuring stability, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and regulatory compliance across systems and all interconnected enterprise applications.
  • Maintain a complete, accurate, and accessible documentation inventory covering applications, configurations, and operational procedures.
  • Enforce configuration, security, and change management controls across the enterprise application landscape.
  • Act as the delivery lead for application centric initiatives, partnering closely with the Technical Delivery Manager to align project planning, sprint execution, and release management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years of progressive experience managing enterprise applications, including HR technology platforms.
  • Proven ability to run application support models, SLAs, and operational governance.
  • Deep understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), Agile/Scrum frameworks, and DevOps practices.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to effectively translate technical concepts into clear, actionable language for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Hands on experience with HRIS, payroll, and talent systems, plus enterprise platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate HR and business needs into technical solutions.
  • Experience partnering with HR, Finance, Operations, and Delivery organizations.

Pay Rate: $115,760.00 - $144,700.00 - $173,640.00 Annually
