JOB SUMMARY
The Operations Associate is responsible for providing support related to the onboarding of candidates for Advanced Clinical, Catena Solutions, and Advanced RPO.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage candidate onboarding activities within the company Applicant Tracking System (ATS), distributing onboarding documents, completing the I-9 process, and maintaining employment records.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the onboarding process, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries.
- Partner closely with internal team members, and recruiters, maintaining clear, professional communication to deliver a high-touch, white glove experience for candidates throughout the onboarding process.
- Initiate, monitor, and follow up on background screenings, drug tests, and other pre-employment requirements.
- Utilize technology platforms and systems to support onboarding, compliance, reporting, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Prepare and submit unemployment claims and related employment documentation.
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Support onboarding, employment, and payroll administrative processes while following company policies and applicable wage and hour requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems and software applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintaining accurate electronic records.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to provide professional, white glove service experience to candidates, employees, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, software enhancements, and changing business processes.

- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions preferred.
- Basic knowledge of labor and employment laws and regulations preferred.

Pay Rate: $53,267.62 - $62,589.45 - $71,911.28 Annually
