JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Enterprise Architect, the .NET Developer is a technical contributor responsible for designing, developing, modernizing, and supporting enterprise applications that advance Advanced Group's Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and AI-enabled application roadmap. This role focuses on modernization of enterprise solutions with Azure-hosted business solutions, integrating systems, and creating intuitive experiences that streamline operations and support strategic business initiatives.

The developer works across the Microsoft technology stack, including .NET Frameworks, Azure, SQL Server, Microsoft Fabric, and Copilot AI services. This role builds and supports custom applications, workflow solutions, integrations, and AI-enabled experiences connecting enterprise data with business users. The role partners closely with business and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions adhering to enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and governance standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Azure and Application Development
  
  • Develop web applications, APIs, workflows, and business productivity solutions hosted in Azure.
  • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise solutions using .NET Frameworks with C# and SQL.
  • Develop reusable components and services that accelerate future application delivery.
• Enterprise Integrations
  
  • Design and support integrations between enterprise platforms including UKG, Bullhorn, Microsoft Fabric, NetSuite, SharePoint, Azure, and other applications.
  • Develop and maintain web services, APIs, and components for middleware solutions.
  • Ensure reliable, secure, and performant data exchange across platforms.
• Fabric and Data Services Integration
  
  • Collaborate with Data and Fabric developers and architects to consume semantic models, Lakehouse data, and enterprise datasets within business applications.
  • Develop secure application experiences that leverage governed enterprise data.
  • Support implementation of row-level security and enterprise authorization models.
• AI-Enabled Applications
  
  • Develop business solutions incorporating conversational interfaces, AI-assisted workflows, and intelligent automation.
  • Develop AI-enabled applications leveraging Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI services.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify and implement practical AI use cases.
• User Experience and Business Solutions
  
  • Develop intuitive and responsive user experiences that simplify business processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
  • Support workflow automation, approvals, self-service applications, and operational tools.
• DevOps and Release Management
  
  • Participate in Dev/UAT/Production deployment processes.
  • Utilize source control, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment automation.
  • Support application monitoring, performance tuning, and incident response.
• Security and Governance
  
  • Implement enterprise security standards, authentication, authorization, auditing, and data protection practices.
  • Ensure applications align to technology governance, compliance requirements, and cybersecurity policies.
  • Maintain technical documentation, support materials, and operational runbooks.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Technical Expertise
  
  • 5+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies in cloud-hosted environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and object-oriented design principles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services including App Services, Functions, Storage, Key Vault, API Management, Logic Apps and API consumption.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI semantic models, and enterprise data architectures.
• Database Expertise
  
  • Strong SQL Server and Azure SQL development experience.
  • Ability to write and optimize complex SQL for transactional and reporting use cases.
  • Experience designing scalable database structures and integration architectures.
• Cloud and DevOps
  
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
  • Experience supporting applications across Dev, UAT, and Production environments.
  • Understanding of application monitoring, logging, and operational support best practices.
• Communication
  
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
