The Analyst is a junior-level role responsible for providing analytical, coordination, and operational support to the Technology Implementation and Delivery Team inclusive of the PMO, Enterprise Applications, and Innovation workstreams. The Analyst will assist with process management, documentation, project coordination, and quality activities. The analyst plays a key role in ensuring delivery discipline, operational excellence, and clear communication across technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities: 

  • Delivery & Project Coordination
    • Assist with maintaining project plans, tasks, timelines, RAID logs, and status updates.
    • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, notes, and actioning follow-ups.
  • Process Management & Documentation
    • Document current-state and future-state processes.
    • Develop and maintain process maps, workflows, SOPs, and support documentation.
    • Assist with identifying process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Support
    • Assist with vendor management activities.
    • Serve as a liaison between internal technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
    • Help track vendor performance, SLAs, and open items for leadership review.
  • Quality & Operational Excellence
    • Support quality assurance efforts by assisting with test case documentation and UAT coordination.
    • Help ensure adherence to delivery standards and governance processes.
    • Assist in maintaining organized repositories for project, process, and operational documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in an IT analyst, business analyst, project coordinator, or similar role.
  • Foundational understanding of enterprise applications, systems implementations, or IT delivery.
  • Experience with documentation, process mapping, or project coordination tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear documentation.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
